Buying a horse can be a stressful and expensive process, here at Stephen Place Sport Horses we aim to take out the stress of this. We specialise in Irish sport horses that event or hunt. All our horses are carefully selected to be vice free and have excellent manners. They are offered for sale once they have a CV and we are happy to stand behind them with guarantees. Nearly all our horses are brought from Ireland, they are Irish Sport horses with fantastic breeding, they are vetted prior to coming to England and will have a current worming and dentistry programme, they are all open to a full vetting.

Based in our new yard at Leeming just off the A1 in North Yorkshire we have excellent trial facilities including a full extensive cross country course, sand arena and access to very good hacking where you can try your potential horse in heavy traffic. We do take horses to be sold for other clients and ensure that we follow the same checks and processes to provide the horses offered for sale are the best available.
